My favorite thing to hunt is Grouse. I can't think of a better day than walking down old logging roads and kicking a few birds up.
Grouse hunting is one of my favorite birds to hunt.My lab has been retrieving them for me since she was about 4 month old. Not to tot my own horn but me & wife slaughter them ever time we go. Can't find a deer or elk to kill but can always find a grouse.
Shot a couple last year while deer hunting, they were good. A few weeks ago I put my trail cam out and had 2 of them right on the road, can't wait for bird season this year.
