So (Monday) Arrowrock Res is mostly full, Lucky Peak Res is realllyy low, tried all the usual tricks live worms, jigged up, sparkle baits just about everything but the waters still low and cold and no hits. Nobody else was catching anything either. Best part was the road is freshly grated and smooth.

Just got back from Brownlee Res at Stick Park. Did well on getting some Crappies for bait in the morning but no catfish, just slightly too early season. Oh, the water is low, low, so much that we almost got stuck at the boat launch. We did get a few hits when it warmed up, just lost em.

It aint much, but its what I know!

I wouldn't mind a few Crappies they are some good eating fish.

I used crappie nibbles powerbait for the first time, oh man! It worked great. Going to buy some today.

We used to catch a hundred or so and have a family fish fry and man was that some good times and good food to boot. This was a hundred years ago back in NC during my childhood....o_O
